What happens to your records

• Who owns them

  The records your centre puts into Atrium belong to your centre.

  We do not sell them or use them for advertising.

• Who can see them

  Accounts are by invitation only. Each person sees what their role allows, and each centre's records are kept apart.

  Atrium logs important changes and who made them.

• What reaches families

  Automations that write to families start switched off.

  Your centre decides whether to turn each one on.

• If you leave

  Tell us through the contact page. Ask for a copy of your records before you go.

  Then we delete them, apart from the few things the Atrium terms say we keep.
