Call back every trial enquiry.

Will enquiries stop slipping through, from my website to an enrolled student?

Families request a trial on your website, and each request joins one list.

Requests reach you straight away

BeforeA form email sits unread in an inbox, and the family books elsewhere.

With AtriumOwners and managers get an email as soon as a request arrives, with the family's answers, ready to call back.

Your website's trial form

  1. On your own website

Paste one snippet into your site, and close the form whenever you need to.

  2. Three short steps

The child, the parent, then the times that suit. Brothers and sisters share one request.

  3. Your own questions

Choose the questions families answer, and write your own answer lists.

  4. A call, if they prefer

Where you offer call times, a family can ask for a phone call instead.

  5. Spam filtered out

Spam is filtered out before it reaches your list.

Where enquiries are up to

Waiting for a first call

Requests from your form land here, with any your team adds after a call or walk-in. Three days without contact, by default, and it shows as Overdue.

Talking with the family

Mark it contacted after the first call. Notes and a history of each change stay on the request.

A trial lesson is set

Book one trial lesson or several. Afterwards, convert the child or mark the request not converted.

Now a student

The request closes and links to the new student record.

Not this time

Decline one request or several at once, with a reason if you want one.

Booking the trial lesson

Sessions that fit the child's subject, year level and times come first, with the reasons they fit.
The child joins your records as a trialing student, with no billing yet.

Emails from request to trial

Email templates cover the arrival alert, the booking, a decline and the trial-day reminder. Alerts to your team start on; family automations start off until you switch them on in Automations.See automations

They want to enrol

Convert to enrolment makes the child an active student in the class they trialled, with the parent as their guardian. The term's invoices then include them.

Questions about trials

Can families book a class by themselves?

No. They send a request from your form, and your team books the trial.

Who sees new requests?

Owners and managers, on the trial list and by email. Tutors do not see requests.

Can a trial convert without a class?

Yes. The student still becomes active, with a warning that they are not billable yet and why.

Can we see where enquiries come from?

Yes. Requests record how the family heard about you, and the marketing report on the Today page shows which sources became students.
