What this covers
This website and its forms. Information that centres keep in Atrium is not covered by this policy.
This policy covers this website and the forms on it: the Atrium waitlist, the Aperium enquiry form, the contact form and the switching questionnaire. In it, "we" means ZentumTech and "you" means anyone who visits the site or sends us a form.
Information that tutoring centres keep in Atrium, such as their families, students, classes and invoices, is not covered by this policy. The Atrium privacy policy covers it. Nor are other websites you reach through a link from this one.
Read the Atrium privacy policy
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
Only what you type or tick in a form. Fields marked optional can stay blank.
Each form asks for the following.
- Atrium waitlist: your name, work email and business name. Optional: what you use now and its name, number of students, number of locations, your role, country, a message, how you found us and whether you want updates.
- Aperium enquiry: your name and email. Optional: organisation, who it is for, the subjects and year levels you want, what you teach from now and its name, number of students, number of locations, a message, how you found us and whether you want updates.
- Contact form: your name, email and a message. Optional: business name, what you use now and its name, your role, number of students, number of locations, country, the products you are interested in, how you found us and whether you want updates.
- Switching questionnaire: your name and email. Optional: what you use now and its name, what is wrong with it, how many centres you run, the number of students you teach, when you want to move, which records you want brought across, what you most want fixed, your centre name, anything else we should know, how you found us and whether you want updates.
Each form also sends a few things you do not type: which form you used and which product it is about, the time the page was opened, and an empty field that only automated spam fills in. We use these to sort entries and filter spam.
Please do not send details about students or children through our forms. We do not need them to reply to you.
Server and visit details
The basic details any website receives. No cookies, no analytics, no trackers.
When you open a page, your browser sends the details any website receives: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you asked for, the page that linked you here and the time. Our hosting provider may record these in server logs. We use them to keep the site working and secure.
- No cookies. This site does not set any.
- No analytics. We do not measure visits with an analytics tool.
- No trackers. There are no advertising or tracking tools, and pages load nothing from other companies' servers. Fonts, images and the one form script all come from this site.
If we ever plan to add any of these, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
To reply to you, run the waitlist and, if you ask, send you news.
- To reply to you. We answer what you sent us.
- To run the waitlist. We contact you when a place in Atrium opens.
- To plan a move. When you send the switching questionnaire, we read your answers and reply with a migration plan. The name of what you use now also tells us which systems centres move from.
- To tell you about our products. We send you news about Atrium or Aperium only if you tick the box to keep updated. Every news email lets you stop, and you can also ask through our contact page.
- To keep the site running. Server details help us fix faults and block misuse.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps. No website is completely secure.
We take reasonable steps to protect your details from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, change or disclosure.
No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot promise that information sent over the internet is safe from every risk.
How long we keep it
While we need it, then we delete it.
We keep your details while we need them for the reasons above, for example while you are on the waitlist, or for as long as the law requires. After that we delete them or remove what identifies you.
You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and rights
See, correct or delete your details through the contact page.
You can use this site without giving us any details. To reply to a form, we need your name and an email address.
Through the contact page, you can ask us to:
- show you the personal information we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong or out of date;
- delete it, or take you off the waitlist;
- stop sending you information about our products.
Making a request costs nothing. We may need to confirm it is you before we act on it.
Complaints
Tell us through the contact page and we will look into it.
If you think we have mishandled your personal information, tell us through the contact page. We will look into it and reply to you.

This site is meant for adults.
This site is meant for adults, such as people who run or work at an education business. We do not knowingly collect details from children through it. If you think a child has sent us a form, tell us through the contact page and we will delete the entry.
Changes to this policy
We update this page before a change takes effect.
If what this site collects, or how we use it, changes, we update this policy before the change takes effect.
