Atrium by ZentumTechAt capacity

Enter each family once.

A trial request becomes the student record that classes, rolls and invoices build on.

How a term runs

Esme's first term

Follow one student from the trial form to her tutor's pay run. Every step uses the details her parent typed once.

The family asks

Esme's parent fills in the trial form on your website. The request reaches your owners and managers as it arrives.

You place her

After her trial, one step enrols Esme in Year 8 Maths. Her details come from the request, so nobody types them again.

Timetable and planning room
Illustration of a team member at a planner on its stand with rooms down the side and days across, pressing Esme's face onto her Year 8 Maths class, and a tick in the planner's corner

The tutor marks the roll

Rosa, her tutor, marks the roll on her phone. If Esme is away, your team sees it on the absence list.

Her invoice is ready

Her term invoice is built from her classes on the roll. You check it, and your team sends it to her parent.

Invoices and accounting room

You approve pay

Rosa's timesheet lists the classes she taught, Esme's among them. You approve the pay run and export it to your supported accounting software.

Questions about Atrium

When can we start?

Atrium is at capacity. Add your centre to the waitlist and we will contact you when a place opens.

Does Atrium email families?

Only when your team sends an email, or when you switch on an automation that sends one.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Atrium runs in the browser, with nothing to install. Owners, managers, tutors and families each get a phone layout, and the roll is built for a phone first.

Can we bring our records across?

Yes. Bring your student list in from a file, or let our data migration service bring the rest across.

What happens to our records if we leave?

Ask for a copy before you go. Then we delete your records, or remove what identifies people, apart from what the law requires us to keep.

What happens to your records

Is there a student portal?

No. Atrium is for your owners, managers and tutors, and for families you invite.
