Decide who sees what.

Can I run several centres and control who sees what?

Run one centre or many, and choose which centres each manager can open.

Who works at each centre

Harbour centre

Its own address and opening hours

Ezra K.

Tutor at Harbour

Mara K.

Manager at Harbour and Hill

Three people, two centres

Manager at Harbour and Hill

Mara switches between her two centres. A centre you have not given her stays out of view.

Tutor at Harbour

A tutor works from one centre. Ezra sees Harbour's classes and rolls, and none of Hill's.

Paused at Hill

Pausing Ines at Hill takes effect at once, and Harbour carries on. Reactivate opens Hill again.

When people join or leave

An owner invites a manager or tutor. A new manager reaches every centre until you choose theirs.
End a manager's access to one centre for good.
Deactivate someone who has left. Sign-in stops, and their record stays.

Changes and family records

Illustration of a records room: the log of changes on a lectern, a drawer of family records with one being erased, and the key board by the door with one key paused
  1. Who changed what

The log shows who changed what, and when. Nobody can edit an entry.

  2. Erasing a family's details

Owners can erase a family's details. Records needed to protect children are kept.

  3. Who handed out keys

Role and centre access changes are logged too.

Your centres side by side

See each centre's team, students and enrolments side by side, and open any centre as its manager sees it.

Questions about access

Who can change someone's role?

Only owners change roles, and the change applies straight away.

How do I add a second owner?

Invite them as a manager, then change their role to owner.

Can we make our own roles?

The four roles are fixed. An owner can give a manager one extra permission at one centre.

Who can read the audit log?

Managers and owners. Tutors and families cannot open it.

Is every action logged?

Important changes are, such as invoices, sessions, family records, roles and centre access.

Waitlist

Atrium is at capacity.

New centres join in small groups, so each one gets a proper start. Join the waitlist and we contact you when a place opens.
