Edit or build your own

Illustration of a plant room: a lever switches the automation on and a motor turns a belt, an event drops onto it, a gate of conditions lets through only what meets them, and a press stamps the message from a template
  1. Pick the moment

Start from a moment such as a trial booked, a class cancelled or a win shared.

  2. Its own switch

Turn each one on or off. Switching on first tells you who it will reach.

  3. Your wording

Every starter comes with ready wording. Change the subject, words or files, and preview it with sample details.

  4. Narrow who it reaches

Add conditions such as year level, subject or class.

See who it reached

The run log shows each send and who it reached.
Switch one off and it stops. Missed moments are not sent later.
A send that fails or is skipped says why, such as a missing email address.

Questions about automations

Who can create or change automations?

Owners and managers. Editing, switching on and deleting are each a permission in their role.

Can I see who will get it before it runs?

Yes. Switching one on tells you who it reaches, and warns you when that includes families.

Can an automation cover one centre only?

Trial alerts and reminders can be narrowed to one centre. Other automations cover your whole organisation.

When do the morning digests arrive?

From seven in the morning, local time. Each tutor gets their own, and the manager digest goes to owners and managers unless you choose others.

Does placing students in a new term email families?

No. A term placement sends nothing to families on its own.
