Spot double bookings while you plan.

Can it plan a term without double-booking tutors and rooms?

Generate a term's sessions, see tutor and room clashes, and roll the term over.

A room booked twice

  1. A class arrives

Give it a day, a time, a room and a tutor, and it takes its place in the week.

  2. A clash is flagged

A tutor in two places, or a room booked twice, shows up while you plan.

  3. It moves

Put the class in a free room and choose which future sessions follow. Undo puts them back.

Terms, breaks and closures

Drafted from who is free

  1. Availability feeds the plan

Tutor, room and recorded student availability feed the draft.

  2. Nothing changes until you apply

Review and edit the draft classes before you apply them.

  3. Drag students between proposed classes

Drop one on another student to swap them.

Rolling a term over

Configurable pathways for class transitions: set which course follows which, and where students choose.
Guided steps settle who continues and where, with a preview before anything changes.
Plans changed? Reverse the latest rollover. Rolls already marked stay as they are.

When a new class fits

Ask for suggested times from the class form. They come back ranked by free rooms, student clashes and tutor fit.

Make-ups owed

  1. When one is owed

A cancelled session owes the class a make-up. Staff can also give one to a student who missed out.

  2. How it is tracked

One list shows what is owed, booked, delivered or waived, and what is overdue.

  3. How it is booked

Book the student into an upcoming session of the same course. Marking them present clears it.

Questions about the timetable

Does applying a plan message families?

No. Families only get an email your team sends, or one from an automation you switch on. The Automations page covers those emails.

See automations

Can each centre run its own timetable?

Yes. Each centre keeps its own terms and rollovers. A closure can cover one centre or every centre.

Can a student change class mid-term?

Yes. Move them to another class of the same course from the date you choose.

Does a tutor's leave show as a clash here?

Leave and the sessions it affects are covered on the Team page.
